Shipping Policy

For ground shipping: All orders placed by 4pm EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. For Next Day or Second Day delivery all orders must be placed by 2:00pm EST.

  • Our standard shipping method for all orders (except those addressed to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) is FedEx Regular Ground Service.
  • All orders over $750.00 qualify for Free Freight.

If any package is damaged in transit or due to extreme weather conditions, please contact us immediately so we can issue a replacement. Please DO NOT discard any item until we have provided you with an authorization to do so.
